Pearl was launched in February of 2006, by Barbara Kitallides – having worked in the creative recruitment industry for 7 years Barbara, along with the Pearl team bring you expert knowledge and reliability.

We offer a wide variety of talent such as Illustrators, Visualisers, Art Directors, Copywriters, Graphic Designers and Digital Finished Artists for Freelance and Permanent Placement. Our Talent is experienced and understands your needs, working to your brief and deadline. A Pearl consultant would be happy to discuss our resources and showcase folios at your convenience.

Our Services
Trying to find a creative talent takes time, searching endless books, folios, web sites and so on. By utilising Pearl's resources you will save time. We will find the right talent for your needs, while receiving our excellent service and support along the way.

We encourage you to work closely with the Pearl talent throughout the Process. A pearl consultant remains nearby should you need further assistance at any stage of the process. When the project is complete Pearl will invoice on behalf of the Pearl talent - our artists do not receive payment until we do, so timely payment is appreciated.

Our web site features a wide range of talent, primarily our Illustrators and Visualisers, and is a great starting point when searching for this talent. Due to confidentiality restrictions some folios, such as of Art Directors, Designers & Finished Artists, are only available on request. We endeavour to showcase as many of our illustrators & visualisers folios on our web site, however due to our ever growing database, we are not always able to do this.
